Sesame oil is supposed to be bad too but I only use the tiniest drop and that is for flavour with some dishes.

I used sunflower oil for a while, until I noticed it leaves a plastic like film on the cook top surface that is really hard to remove and decided I didn't wish to digest that  😄

It's beautiful and smooth... my youngest didn't like or eat much butter or marg until we started buying the Rice bran oil marg (when she was about 20 yo)

Rice Bran oil is good for  cooking - has a high smoke point. No cholesterol. I use olive oil for salads etc.

So after deciding on the spread for our bread........we could pour over some Crowdfunded honey .Smiley Very Happy
