It is all science based. I like science based stuff, if you read the history of lard it is very interesting too. I think it was procter and gamble who demonized it to sell crisco

medical journal of australia (you will need to pay

Oh my god I just watched that video.   I don't think I'll ever use Canola again.  I've often wondered about peanut oil.  I use that a lot when I'm not using olive oil.

I use peanut oil too, I don't think it is near as bad as some of the others. It is good for stir fries so I don't use it that often. I use butter or ghee mostly, coconut is good too but one of my kids doesn't like it.
