Hi Joz.  Haven't got a clue what all that means.  lol

All I know is, in reply, click on the mountain range icon (insert/edit image)

browse your computer images, pick the size (usually medium)  and hit 'insert'

As long as the image is saved to your computer, there shouldn't be a problem
