Shame for Anastasia..she was a risk taker, but so tough on herself..I liked the way she thought about food..
Thought Heather did really well- kept her cool, and pushed herself..
some of them seem to be realising that its an opportunity to learn and grow if you work hard every time youre in the kitchen..
will be a good battle tonight..looking forward to seeing what all four do (unlike last nights ep, when 3 out of the four could have easily gone home, and I wouldnt have minded..)

Glad to see Anastasia go ( she was swaying before the cook-off, lol)
I'm still trying to figure out how one beetroot took an hour to cook
in a pressure cooker. It takes an hour on the stove top. I cook it regularly.
And I liked the look of the Beet Wellington.
Tonight's episode should be great. A good cook-off with great cooks

Maybe that swaying thing is a sign of tiredness? heel toe heel toe ohoh we lost another one! haha
Was it my imagination, or was Chloe hardly onscreen last night? Bit odd?

Yeah, not much of Chloe last night.
That swaying thing is not toe to heel. And not tiredness. It's before they cook.
What I'm talking about is hands clasped either in back or front and swivelling
the hips in a circle, like a 3 yo. Maybe they think it's cute?

Such a good contest tonight.
I thought Matt picked the right section inadvertently.
It left the prof chef without the main Asian ingredients.
During the cooking, it's the first time I have seen the amateur seem to be way in front of the prof.
So interesting because it's so evenly matched.
And the winner is......................

How did Karmen fall behind if she was first to the sugar spinning?
I reckon she deliberately slowed down. Couldn't take the pressure of winning.
Well done Matt. That boy sure can cook
