Go Trent- that dish was awesome..Good to see Trent back himself..pretty sure someone was shocked at that..lol..
Had to turn away from the screen when Chloe kept nodding at the judges, and really dont need to hear 'comforting' everytime she cooks.
Nicolette had to go..it was her time..she did her best, and did well in the comp..I hope shes proud of herself.

Brett went rogue! It paid off though, unlike last years balls up.
Funny that Theresa faces elmination as soon as she got back. Hopefully it's her that goes tomorrow, although I suspect it might be Chloe. Not sure if I'll be home in time to see it, so might have to rely on info from here.

I can't believe Theresa went first without any idea of what to cook.
I won't mind if any one of them goes. Sooo over Chloe

I could not believe that either- whats the point of spending precious time faffing about in the pantry, talking to the camera and wasting time? Irritating to watch..It seems shes there by sheer luck. I think she will be gone tonight..she doesnt work well under pressure.
And Brett? what was going on there?- for a team challenge..smh at him- someone could have made a microwave cake- they are all the rage- for the trifle. I dont think Brett had a recipe for cake, only for pastry, and thats why he went there. For good reason, Harry was steaming. I dont think Brett will last much longer either. Nice man, but a basic cook..not a lot of invention or risk..what was with the fish tail sticking up in that dish of his? Looked comical.
And, wasnt it clever to use the pressure cooker for the entire challenge?Team led by Matt, all worked together..Was good to see.

Except for the carrots

I thought the same thing about the microwave sponge.
45 seconds in a coffee cup and it's done.
Shame about the carrots left in the oven. But they didn't need them anyway.
(Hate to say it, but I think Matt's team did a Steven Bradbury in the kitchen)

lol stawka!!
I also thought they didnt need the carrots- after all, maybe they only had honey on them anyway, and it was a honey AND lemon challenge.. The losing team stuffed the honey and the lemon element up..and what was with the jelly? Maybe it was a go-to position, cause she couldnt make a sphere..lol

I don't get why you would make a jelly with fruit in it, only to chop it up.
But then I don't get a lot of what they do to food.
Make it, set it, smash it. Throw food 'artistically' at the plate
Pile it all on one side and leave the other side of the plate bare.
That's not cooking.
It's the 'grumpy old lady' syndrome coming out in me.
I don't want the chef man-handling my food. That's what tongs are for!
