i wonder if malcolm ever actually thinks before opening his mouth these days?

tony goes feral on the weekend and within a couple of days malcolms out anouncing stuff that once you look past the 'more jobs for aussies' slogan you realise its not just pizza delivery guys comming in on these visas.

and if there are pizza dilvery guys or anyother silly jobs comming in on visas of course that needs stopping, but lets not crack an almond with a sledghammer huh.

I havnt looked into the Libs plan much, but from what I have seen its just more politics and spin, rather than really addressing a genuine problem.

We live in an area of very high youth unemployment yet OUR LOCAL FISH & CHIP SHOP employs 457 visa workers to cook fish & chips. ........Whats that all about ??????

There are occasions where the 457 visa scheme has genuine merit ( think doctors in rural and remote areas etc. ) , but like most things it has just been used and abused by wealthy big business and savvy  backdoor imigrants. The big losers are Australias young people who are under employed and no longer being offered traineeships and apprenticships. Its just another part of the mess that succesive governments have made of Australian employment policy.
