Brighton  If you dont need the exhaust fan, you can have it disconnected and just use the switch for the light   .... Depends whether you need to use the fan or not  ...... We never used ours, so hubs just disconnected it

Dont think having the loo in b/room is a big issue, cant say it has ever bothered me at all   ......

I think I'd be happier with the fan bushies as it's a small area and I'd be worried about mould with all the steam.  Actually as there are quite a few power points in there i might just attach a small but bright lamp, for when I pick the hairs out of my nose.  Woman Very Happy

Actually I just found another solution that may allow you to keep the lights for your nose hair pickings!

You posted a pic years ago, can't remember the subject and it had you in it.

Love cavies too. We had cockers but think I prefer the mini version. Smiley Happy

I too wouldn't go without the fan, moisture builds up. Quick fix for an electrician to put a pull down switch on a cord next to the fan or put in ones those light/fan combo's that also warm the bathroom nicely.

Sounds like a plan Brighton, our b/room has good  ventilation, have been here for over 3 yrs n no prob at all re mould etc    .... I cant handle having a shower with a fan whirring above my head

Want to avoid flushed germs on your toothbrush...........shut the lid before flushing.

okey doke,  will do.   Woman Happy

I have the same problem. It's fine in the warm weather but sucks in the winter because the fan blows cold air. Have the toilet in the bathroom in this house. In my holiday house it is separate. I prefer it separate.

Don't forget to put the lid down when you flush.

lol, in Sydney I live in a place the size of a shoe box. My holiday house is rented out so that I can pay for it. When I retire I'll live in it.
