Can I help.

I'm thinking that an offcut from the end of a garden stake, a piece that puts the "soft" in softwood might prove to be a poor choice as a carving medium.

Something akin to attempting to recreate Michelangelo's David in jelly (Which is an interesting thought, but I might have to clear some room in the fridge, ha ha).

It's not necessarily a good choice, but I'll give it a go.

And then fairly quickly give up and find something more suitable, ha ha.

I don't care if this turns out to be an unmitigated disaster, and wastes several evenings in the process, I've had the idea and I don't care how silly it is, I'm going to pursue it! ha ha.

Spoiler
I'll stop talking about it, now, because I can see that your eyelids are getting heavy... ha ha.

🙂

It was sprinkling a bit when Takeaway got up.

She's not a fan of sprinkly rain when she gets up, so the trip from house to breakfast was a quick one...ha ha.

She arrived at breakfast alone...

I wondered if I should be concerned, but I didn't have to wait long for the answer...

"Mu-u-u-m!" came the little voice from the verandah...

Takeaway looked over her shoulder...

Then went back to eating... ha ha.

Sometimes parenting can seem very cruel, ha ha.

I walked around and there's Zoo, on the verandah, looking none too happy...

I tried to coax her over - "Come and get some breakfast..." but she wasn't listening to me.

"I'm not listening to you, you're not my Mum..."... ha ha.

So I left her to it.

After a few minutes the lure of breakfast overcame the power of sulking about being left behind, and she made her way over...

And to show how much she loves her Mum, Zoo then sat down in the middle of the food, ha ha.

She's a silly thing, ha ha.

You'd think at the very least they'd tone down their language... ha ha.
