You're right.carwashing is not on the list , because it's not a valid concern.

The car washes are like hair dressers for people that cant wash their own car let alone their own hair LOL

Here in A.C.T, we are advised to only leave the house under certain conditions.

 

Those being, going to work, or essential shopping, or medical appointments. 

 

That is not to say, people don't disobey the guidelines. An example was on the weekend, many flocked to Tidbinbilla, a nature reserve. Now it's closed because of those ones.

 I guess, seeing the carwash is still operating and not a health risk, as in, washing dirty cars does not rate highly in passing Covid19, it's ok.

People still walk the streets here in Sydney, maintaining "social distancing". It's not a police state altogether.
