Boris goes around a lot and shaking of hands, in crowded spaces, is involved, hopefully most people would not shake hands, and maintained safe distance.  Wonder if Prince Charles got it from him.  The British prime minister meets with the Queen once a week for briefing, but I am sure Her Majesty would have put him in his place, if he tried to get too close.  However she is now handing more and more of her duties to Charles, and so it is quite possible he was the one meeting with Boris.  

Boris would have definitely had the potential to infect many people, but there is so much puzzling about COVID19, like that his girlfriend did not get it.  Although, he was very busy, and in the last weeks of the pregnancy maybe she slept in another room, and being conscious of him being around so many people, she might have isolated herself from him. 

It is quite possible that all the bravado and shaking of hands was just a stunt, and he would not endanger his family.  He just wanted people to work and not complain; hoping to get lots of people developing antibodies; who cares if million end up dead.....
