 In N SW if you don't pay a fine ( any fine ) on time or per arrangement, your drivers licence is immediately cancelled as is any other dealing with the RTA eg you can't renew your car, boat, caravan etc rego until the fine is paid.

Again - the link given - is only pertinent to ' traffic ' fines - ie speeding, parking, defects, anything to do with the RTA.

Absolutely nothing to do with ' court fines ' - as in - damage, def, owing a debt, Covid etc.

But further on the site given - is Covid - fine information.

Actually it is no longer the RTA - but RMS - Roads & Maritime Services - here in NSW.

They have nothing to do with COVID.

Acually its NOT   ...... it covers the non payment ALL fines issued in NSW    ......   Though it would appear in the case of the COVID 19 fine, a different course of action seems to be being taken.

Since you dont wish to believe me,  ph either the RTA or The State Revenue Dept as ask them what happenen is NSW if you dont pay a fine
