300 new cases in Victoria today, 5 deaths in the past 24 hours. Around 25% of positive cases refuse to answer phone calls informing them of test results. No wonder the virus is spreading so rapidly. Victoria will now enforce results information by sending police and ADF officers to the home doorstep of those who refuse to answer the phone twice in a two hour period.

In South Australia one of my young nieces is quarantining after returning from interstate. Police have already conducted two random checks to ensure she is doing things properly as well as having phone contact with her on other occasions. ( Mobile phone GPS tracking maybe ? ) .

Time for Internment for those that choose not to co-operate - maybe Snake Island , Bass Strait - but labor is to soft , treating this like an outbreak of nits at a posh primary school.

People where interned during the Spanish flu in 1919. In Adelaide residents infected by Spanish flu where required to camp at a major football oval.

It is interesting to note the attitude at the time " Victoria a sesspool of disease ". Rather an unfortunate quote and no offense meant to current day Victorians, but interesting how history has a habit of repeating itself.
