What rubbish,  buyers can leave negative feedback.

Sellers can't leave negative feedback.   So you decided to give a buyer a green tick,  with a negative comment,  no logic there,  but there is no logic in your whole arguement.

Sorry, you just do not get it, you can not go making false defamatory claims to suit yourself.

At least you will have been flagged by ebay as an abusive buyer, and it is well deserved.  At least any further INADS or return requests by you, will now be looked at more closely if a seller disputes your claims.

how else would you explain the product is not fit for purpose,

Incorrect application would be the most obvious reason.

And they will be on everyone who reads this thread, blocked buyers list.  They are on mine.

Happy for eBay to inspect the product.

Sure it is a free country.

Ebay is not interested  in checking the item.  If you want to allege an item is fake, it is up to you to have it independently verified and then provide proof.

Your assumption means absolutely nothing.

In any event, there is no guarantee, that any substance tested was what you received.   Especially as you have used it, so container is no longer sealed, and could now contain anything.

You have no comeback against ebay, and as previously stated, you have no consumer rights at Australian Law.   So no matter how much you wish to pursue the matter, you have no avenues open to you.

Note, if you continue to breach ebay  policies, it eventually leads to termination of accounts.

Well that is up to eBay.

It's sellers who cannot leave negative or neutral feedback.

Buyers can of course, but they have to wait 7 days with top-rated sellers.

Yes and that is exactly what they did,  They gave you an abusive buyer strike.

Which from all your comments here it sounds like you deserved,  not willing to listen or understand
