I do not appreciate eBay's Harassment accusing me of not following "our Absive buyer policy" Is eBay suggesting that if a seller sells an item that isn't fit for a purpose, we should not exercise our right and request a refund?
I suggest eBay should vet their seller to determine if an item is fit for a purpose, especially a business seller.
The action of eBay is very disappointing.

The product you claim is fake, is sold retail and online worldwide, it is also sold wholesale direct from china, and note if buying wholesale at sufficient quantity, you can have the item specifically branded, with your own brand name of choice.
Item can currently be purchased wholesale in quantities >1000 units @ 88c per unit, and can probably negotiate a better deal.
Would hardly be worth the while for a chinese seller to manufacture or seek a counterfeit item, when they can obtain the genuine product including packaging, from $1.15 per unit.
The fact the item did not perform to your expectation, does not make it Fake, so your reason for return is false.
Given you chose to purchase the item from china, means you have forgone any consumer rights you may have had under Australian Law.
Just to add, the photos in the listing you bought, are provided by the manufacturer/wholesaler.

LOL - those Qantas FF points could be used for a one way ticket to China - for a refund.

Nah, return ticket, with a rather large suitcase of genuine product.

Fake as in, it doesn't provide the alleged benefits.

Yes it could.

Yeah at the alleged price.

Lets be upfront here,
We have a bad buyer, who loves to buy cheap product from sellers with low feedback scores. But at the same time is doing dodgy sales themselves.
They even go as far as leaving false positive feedback for buyers.
But wants to blame Ebay, rather than take on personal responsibility for their own bad decisions.
A bad buyer, will never admit their mistakes.

No, in your own words, word for word, as posted by you,
"this is a fake product, it's not a ceramic coating as advised, it is an unknown liquid with unknown effect".
They are your words, no claim that the item did not work, or perform to your expectation. Just a claim that the item is fake IE counterfeit, and without proof from you, not an assumption, then your claim is not only false, but defamatory.
Over the years I have had a few buyers claim an item is fake, because it does not look like one they bought 10 yrs ago. From experience I doubt there is anything more irksome as a seller, as being accused of selling counterfeit goods, so I can well imagine your seller seeing red at your claim. In all likelyhood your seller would have been required to verify where and how they obtained the product.

I was told today, buyer can not leave negative feedback.
Why would there be a buyer mistake, it's not if the buyer did not pay for the item. Seller do not need to sell an item that is not profitable.

I can provide proof for all the items I have listed, unless it an unwanted gift.
The listing and it's contents are provided by the seller, if the item failed to provide such benefits then is fake, how else would you explain the product is not fit for purpose
