I do not appreciate eBay's Harassment accusing me of not following "our Absive buyer policy" Is eBay suggesting that if a seller sells an item that isn't fit for a purpose, we should not exercise our right and request a refund?
I suggest eBay should vet their seller to determine if an item is fit for a purpose, especially a business seller.
The action of eBay is very disappointing.

There are other seller selling the same thing.
I've used their listing as a template.

Got to love this one.
100,000 Qantas Points (Frequent Flyer)
Please provide your QFF membership number and surname for points transfer - points are transferred digitally
Points will be transferred upon confirmation of successful payment
Selling your Qantas points is not without risk. As mentioned above, Qantas forbids their sale. While selling points is not illegal, if Qantas finds out they could suspend or cancel your Frequent Flyer account. You could lose all your points and your ability to earn points in the future.
Plus selling them at an over inflated price

Coz need to factor in eBay's fees.
No one need to buy any items, at least all items I'm selling is true to listings.

Its varies depending on where you try to sell them. Against the T&C's of QFF, but I guess OP think as other people break the rules, they can as well.
Plus a huge Gray market, where people get scammed, not assuming OP does, but anyone doing it is playing the game.

Not sure, buyer are free to buy or not to buy.

If it's outside the T and C.
eBay are free to remove all relevant listings.

It's QFF T&C it's not up to Ebay to police if you are following someone elses T&C's.
Bit of double standard though you expect Ebay to Vet other sellers, while you break T&C's yourself. Interesting

That is your interpretation.
Assumingly it is true, then why do the eBay system allow me and other sell to list such item?
You failed to acknowledged that it not the listing but the actual item such as it's true to the listing and do the seller provide the buyer with the advertised product and the stated benefits.
