And yes i am warning others because he is withholding a product I PAID FOR and refusing to give MY MONEY back, ridiculous

There's absolutely no way of you knowing what eBay have, or haven't done. For what it's worth, you might as well say eBay has given him 6 pink elephants and a bag of hens teeth 🤣🤣

I have been in constant contact with them and they have directly said that they will give him a strike for his language and a ban should he not respond by the 24th of April. So yeah, there is a way. Its not a few dollars, its nearly 100, they’re taking it seriously.

yeah the first part has been made quite clear, im not asking for people to defend me, and also i dont understand how im being immature? I literally apologised? Does that mean nothing to anyone these days? Hes the immature one for letting his feelings get in the way of his obligation as a seller to either send the product or issue a refund.

Yep,  Triggered the abuse, ebays policies and the forum rules apparently don't apply to them, was also abusive to the seller,  and likes to tell people they can't read.

 

They did not breach the forum rules, Right!!,  thats why the sellers name and all attachments were  removed,  but hey nothing is their fault because they said sorry.

 

Hopefully ebays intention to make buyers supply a means of payment before bidding, so ebay can enforce payment of highest bids, will be active shortly and  will eliminate such buyers.
