These days lawyers don't charge if they don't win
Yep - they do! Read the fine print.
Maybe they don't charge for time but they charge for the paperwork.
You could see a bill for thousands, just for photocopying for starters.
As for dylan - you haven't spent much time in a court.
You're not always awarded costs. It's not automatic if you win
Only if the judge awards it, if they see fit
Oh, and if your lawyer remembers to ask for it!!!
