The feedback will not be removed unless it coincides with Feedback Removal Policy. I copped a neutral for (Item was not the expected Size),. Item was listed - Size 8,  Item posted - Size 8. I asked eBay to remove it but they refused on the grounds that as they did not see the item it is the buyers opinion. Also at no point did they contact me, which most don't do anyway.
