I get it that you are angry at not recieving your item, but by naming the sellers ID THREE TIMES, having had the mods edit your message twice, you are just asking to have your account suspended. You cant name and shame on the boards.

 

As to your actual problem, how did you pay for the item ? If it was paid for with paypal you can lodge a claim for "item not recieved " and have your funds reimbursed. If you hover your mouse on the menu next to the item in "purchased items" there should be an option titled " resolve a problem" or similar. Click on this and follow the prompts to begin the process of getting your money back.

 

If the buyer used tracking and can show the item was delivered to you, but maybe stolen from your mailbox etc. they will not be liable and you wont recieve a refund.
