Australia is the worlds dumping ground for bad chocolate.
What chocolate can't be sold or consumed elsewhere because of poor quality and taste is sent to us.

The reason our chocolate tastes different to the rest of the world is due to an extra ingredient that is added so it doesn't melt as quickly in our heat. So they told me at the Cadbury factory any way.

Dunno. Not sure if Cadbury chocolate has palm oil in it. I don't have any at the moment to check the ingredient list. My Lindt chocolate bunny doesn't have palm oil, but it was made overseas.

No company in Australia is gunna put palm oil on their list of ingredients.
If you look at the list, it will say 'vegetable oil' - they're allowed to call it that.
Cadbury has 'vegetable oil' in it's chocolate
I know cos I'm eating the Jaffa one
Dunno if it's palm oil though

I've done a bit of looking on the net Tippy and some of its chokkies do and some don't (the plain chocolate apparently doesn't but Easter Eggs did), though they do claim when used it's from sustainable farming.
Others are of the opinion that any palm oil is not too good for you............."reaches for tin-foil hat"......

"Edit" G'day Stalks, I did see the bit about "vegetable oil" as well
