International Standard Post  does include tracking .  And the Discount postage applies.

Yes, I know there is no tracking on international economy, and that only international standard has tracking. I'm just saying that I am disappointed that economy has no 10% discount.

I use non-trackable economy air because it's cheaper to wear the costs of the occasional lost parcel than to pay the $10 extra for each and every international parcel. Of course for high value items, I will use tracking + signature on delivery.
