Tippy, I don't know about anywhere else, but I'm in Melbourne and have done Woolies online shopping for many years now.

 

The voucher system no longer happens.  If you don't get something, or something is wrong, you just get to talk to a bot, punch in the item number and it gives you an automatic refund.

 

Haven't had a voucher for well over 12 months.

 

But otherwise, having tried both Coles and Woolies.....I won't do Coles again.

 

Once was enough.

 

But Woolies 'personal' shoppers....If I say I want 4 bumps on the bottom of my capsicums, then that's what I get. (They sit better when cut in half and stuffed)

 

I don't have any gripes with the fruit/vegies selection.
