It's a well-known scam, eBay motors doesn't work that way.

eBay do not act as a middle man for vehicle sales, nor is there any protection for buyers purchasing anything by bank deposit. The only things eBay act as a middle man on are things listed on eBay.

Or better yet, your bank and get your account stopped.
