Yes, the sort of reply from ebay, you're right.

But ella's ID also says Community Member, just like the rest of us  idiots  helpfuls

And was a different name on their 'fake eBay staff' response yesterday on other question topics

Not buying either of them are eBay

Just lost their bridge

If I click on the ella link, I'm prompted to send an email. Is that advisable do you think?

I've got some questions specific to my toy listings that I'd like answered.

Personally, I would'nt

A real eBay staff member would have some kind of 'badge'

Not just be 'one of us'

Other thing being, IF eBay staff REALLY were going to start giving a toss about what their members are posting/asking, there would have been a banner announcement up top

They bang their own drum every time they screw improve something, so I can't see them not big noting

'we read here now' do dah do dah

Nup, not buyin' what they're sellin'

Nah, I think it is ebay - just the kind of unhelpful message you get from them all the time.   😀

Don't think I'll risk it, I get so many spam emails about Bitcoin because of responding to the wrong person at some stage, don't want any more unsolicited garbage.

They have stuffed up shipping……looks like they have no idea how shipping actually works!   Meanwhile I can’t list any items because my buyers will be charged 75% more than is necessary for postage!

well done ebay!

As you were advised in the thread you started about this, choose flat postage.
