Again the OP's first line -

 have been a loyal member of ebay for over 15 years  and have recently sold 5 items in the last 4 weeks

edit:  "I'll wager" that prior to those 5 sales, they weren't on Managed Payments.  They haven't sold for a year.

The money for those prior sales went into Paypal.
