Just took a look at your listing.  You have said in your descritpion that the item is pickup only and payment in cash on pickup.  That is good.  I would also start adding "Pickup is to be completed within 7 days of auction end unless alternate timeframe is agreed to BEFORE auction conclusion".  This will prevent a repeat situation. In your payment advice you have "Contact within 2 days of auction ending, payment within 5 days of auction ending" and your buyer has fulfilled the first part of this.  I would not be emailling or messaging them again until 4 days from the auction end.  Even then it would only be to remind them that payment is due by day 5 and also press them for a firm pickup date.
