but since I had made a mistake in the first place , I refunded all his money plus postage said he could keep the item and sent via express the only new universal I  had which was a different brand but just as good a quality.

So you gave buyer a full set of tools minus 1,full refund & sent allegedly missing tool via express post at no additional cost AND without buyer having to return anything ? :O:O:O
