Do you do regular downloads through the File Management Centre? We have it set to download all Sold and Archived automatically at the end of every month.

I just checked an old downloaded file in excel and you can sort by item title, subtotal the quantity sold column, then re-sort by subtotal.

A bit of a roundabout way, but it will get you exactly what you want.  🙂
