I recently recieved a Neutral for a vintage car light that was supposedly welded shut. Buyer claimed he could not access the bulb. The problem was it was made that way. You simply unclip the lens to access the bulb. Had he contacted me I could have explained this. No contact from him afterwards when I still tried to resolve the issue either. He waited until the very last minute to leave feedback too, so it was a carefully planned thing. There was nothing wrong with the item, it was the buyer that was the problem.
