Nothing of interest to me in those sellers but it is a very generous offer for anyone who does want to buy from those sellers.

I sell. And only have 4 things listed over $50, so I suspect I will get as much interest as I did last Sunday.
This is the SELLER board, after all.

But Dave, it is not for all sellers....there are only a selected number of big sellers like The Good Guys and Kogan.

All this promo will do is take away sales from the smaller sellers, but if you're looking to buy a big-ticket item, it's an even better deal than last Sunday as this discount is 20% and is worth up to a total of $200, which is 5% more and twice as much as last week.
It is also valid for up to 5 transactions and there is no minimum invoice value, unlike last week's $50 per sale minimum, so anything at all that you buy from these retailers will be discounted by 20%. Might be a good time to stock up on those cheaper accessories you may need.

Ok, todays Big Sunday ...I waited while the clock ticked away to 10 am this morning as there was a deal on hair products. . Next thing ya know after clicking on that theres another clock ticking away saying that the deals are 5 minute deals staring tonight...8 hours away....Its probably very simple but I just cant see it. Is there a sale on now or tonight....Looks too hard to me

These eBay 20% discounts from certain retailers are nothing but misleading and deceptive and should be investigated by the ACCC.
For example the 20% discount on the Dick Smith Store that ran from Sunday to Thursday. They edited many items Friday afternoon prior to the sale starting to add on ~20% and removed the ~20% the day after this sale ended (Friday).
For example look at the changes to this listing, I suspect they have something that updates postage information on a regular basis to attemp to concel the changes to price.

http://www.dicksmith.com.au/gopro-hero3-silver-edition-dsau-xg4176 ($363 for at least a week)
Revision history
Changed to $428 from $363.
| 15-Aug-14 | 04:09:55 AEST | Description |
(Price increased by around 20% - over their previous price and their website price).
and the next day after the sale ended dropped to $363.
| 22-Aug-14 | 00:26:53 AEST | Description |
(Price decreased by around 20% - matching their website)
If eBay are going to allow these retailers to pull these scams the ACCC should be looking at them as well, eBay is running the 20% discount and should be policing the retailers but I suspect that eBay are well aware that these retailers jack the price up.
Another example

http://www.dicksmith.com.au/unlocked-smart-phones/samsung-galaxy-s5-unlocked-blue-dsau-em5293 ($796 for at least a week).
Was $866, price increased to $896 whilst the same product on their website was $796.
| 15-Aug-14 | 04:09:40 AEST | Description |
and the change back just after midnight to $796 which is the same price it's been at for at least a week on their website.
| 22-Aug-14 | 00:26:51 AEST | Description |
