But I did leave feedback for a non-paying buyer after the end of a UPI only about a month ago!  It's still there!

Just demonstrating that the advice left on these boards is often inaccurate, but written as gospel.

So sorry, I missed that this cancellation was for an auction the I first time read it.  I would never accept a cancel transaction for a finished auction.

 

You have lost your listing fees charged for this auction and also the potential sale of this auction to other buyers who may have also placed genuine bids.  The buyer should not have bid on an item that they had no intention to pay for, it is against eBay policy.

Looks like an exact honest recording of their eBay experience to me.  There were no personal negative comments left.
