Does anyone know if the Dear John letter (permanent selling restriction) is personal or only for that account?
For instance, if you have two or three accounts and one goes below standard, does that ruin all of them?
If it's only that account, I can see a strategy where you rotate different accounts as defects start to build up, so that they never get to below standard (then wait for some to drop off....)
I fully understand the hassle and loss of loyal customers in this method, shouldn't be required, may not work anyway, defective defect system etc etc,..... I would just like to know purely about this question
