If you open an NPD and the buyer does not pay they will get a strike, you'll get your fees back and if the buyer does it again within 12 months, they'll be unable to bid/buy off any seller that has their blocks in place.

Oh, and they will not be able to leave feedback for you as a non-payer, and if they sneak one in you can get it removed.

Beats the carp out of leaving a neg for a buyer and then getting a retaliatory neg in return................sigh.......
