Why have a call centre at all. All the staff do is read from a pre
prepared set of answers. They do not answer questions, they do not help
in fact they don't do anything.
Same thing happened to me. Seller contacted me and said book didn't sell
for enough so she wanted more postage.Walk away, this behaviour is very
wrong.
