Hello to the OP
We do a few markets and this is how our system works here, We are covered outside of our stall buy the people who run the markets. So if somebody trips and brakes a bone or something like that and there not in a private stall then the people who run the markets are covered by there insurance.
But if the person is inside our area that is within the pegs set out by the orginisers of the markets then its out fault/resposability. so we have personal liability for the 6m x 3m spots that we have. and we are covered upto 10mill. It costs about $100 a year if i remember correctly and I feel its well worth it
I wont post the name of the insurance company as I am not to sure if I am allowed but there one of the big insurance companys. 🙂
