Having the same problem too.  Printed out about six labels no problems, last one has the "Create Label" box greyed out.  Live chat CS said it's a site wide problem and have put my ID on a list.  Might take 2-3 days to fix.  Yay!  Advised to get a satchel at AP.  Just great.
