The chat was accidentally discontinued I was informed by an email. I wasn’t being rude. Issue still unresolved though.

dont cancel the return! Just arrange your own postage back and upload the tracking to the return case.

You don't need to use to shipping label provided by ebay if you think you can get a better deal on shipping.

Maybe you could read up on the return process in Ebay help pages so you don't make a mistake next time. Once you close the case it cannot be reopened under any circumstances. So next time don't close the case until you get your refund .
