It is entirely your choice. I’m not a seller, so I am only commenting on the basis of what I perceive would be effective and satisfactory for me in a similar situation.

 

If I can’t fix a technical issue in a system/programme/app because it’s in the hands of a third party, I would weigh up whether the risk of such glitches and unpredictability of function beyond my control are worth whatever benefit I might gain from using it.

 

If the benefits of the app outweigh the fact that it is technically flawed and subject to glitches and constraints that affect your being able to list, then of course you will want to continue using it. I don’t know what such benefits might be, but you’re in charge of your listing practices and preferences. You’re the one making your business decisions.

 

I’ll only add that nothing that I know about either the app or eBay gives me any assurance that eBay will fix the issues reported. I may be wrong.
