I am having issues listing on the ebay app on my andriod phone. I try to list but the wheel just keeps on spinning. Has been like this for days.
Very frustrating

It's generally agreed that the app is highly unsatisfactory to use, with known issues having persisted without remedy.
The best advice I can give is... use a computer for listing. A smart phone can only substitute so far. If you don't have a smart phone, what about using a tablet, and making sure that you access the desktop version of eBay on it?

Had an ebay store selling for 5 years.
Never had a major issue with the app until now.

Often these companies release app updates which only seems to cause more glitches.
There's no reason logging into Ebay on your computer with a browser won't solve the issue. Have you tried it?

Since the app has reportedly had many glitches, and is now having a glitch that is impacting you, now may be the time for you to avoid this actual problem (and any future potential problems) by heading back to the computer.
There is nothing that anyone on these boards can do to fix the app's technical problems. You're not contacting eBay by posting on these boards. They are public forums on which any eBay member can post, and the responders are, like you, fellow eBay members who give voluntary helpful advice and information. eBay's IT department don't read here, and I've never known an eBay glitch to be fixed as a result of eBay members posting anywhere on these boards.
Contacting eBay's Live Chat is unlikely to result in anything other than script-guided consoling words and a promise that the issue will be escalated to the IT team. This will be a meaningless response designed simply to soothe the person making the complaint or asking that something be done.
I'm sorry; truly, the best that I can do (and that anyone here can do) is suggest that sellers reacquaint themselves with eBay on their computer.

reacquaint themselves with eBay on their computer.
Or, at least, use the full site. Also available on any phone.

How about no!

Hi.....me too !! Can definitely list using the phone on the full site but WOW....what a nightmare.
Been like this for a week with some improvement but generally terrible.
Will not remember uploaded photos. Doesn't offer best offer option.
Will not allow international postage.
Good to know others experiencing same !!

It is entirely your choice. Iโm not a seller, so I am only commenting on the basis of what I perceive would be effective and satisfactory for me in a similar situation.
If I canโt fix a technical issue in a system/programme/app because itโs in the hands of a third party, I would weigh up whether the risk of such glitches and unpredictability of function beyond my control are worth whatever benefit I might gain from using it.
If the benefits of the app outweigh the fact that it is technically flawed and subject to glitches and constraints that affect your being able to list, then of course you will want to continue using it. I donโt know what such benefits might be, but youโre in charge of your listing practices and preferences. Youโre the one making your business decisions.
Iโll only add that nothing that I know about either the app or eBay gives me any assurance that eBay will fix the issues reported. I may be wrong.
