To whom it may concern, When I try to list an item to sell I get a message that says " It looks like there's a problem with this listing.
It looks like you don't have an updated payment method on file with us. To complete your listing, pleasechoose a payment method(credit/debit card or PayPal account) to pay your eBay seller fees.
I have updated my payment method and it still wont let me list an item.
As Sandy has said you have to sign up for Managed Payments and get verified for it. Have a look at the links below since eBay will class you as a "new seller" as you haven't sold anything in over a year.
