Where you agreed to the monthly fee of $19

Which you will charged each month until you cancel

They are allowed to do it because you authorised them to do so

You need to cancel it yourself, other members cannot do it for you. It is not a a good idea to give your phone number on a public forum. The ONLY, ONLY, ONLY people who will ring you will be scammers. Do not give anyone any information. The link to cancel the subscription has been given several times, including in the comment before you made yours. Yes, you will be charged every month, as you agreed to when you signed up. I will ask a mod to remove your phone number, but this can take them several hours. Do NOT give any details to anyone who rings and pretends to be eBay, or Smartycashback or anyone else. Neither read here and anyone calling WILL be a scammer

In that thread, I have posted the terms & conditions so that you can see to what folly you signed up. I also quote exactly what you need to do to unsubscribe and thus how to stop being charged.
