where do l find and use have buyer make an offer, on an item for sale ?

l would like to sell an item, how do l find the option for a buyer to make me an offer ?  Do l list the item as a buy it now, or an auction

type ?  not sure what to do, or where to go.

Hi, after filling in the preceding categories go to Choose a Format & Price.  

Click  Fixed Price   and a box will automatically come up under that with Best Offer.  Just click that.
