Boil them in their jackets until a skewer shows they're cooked.
Cool.
Skin them and cut them up chunky.
Add chopped whatever you want to add. I like boiled eggs in mine along with a bit of green stuff like shallots or parsley. A bit of S&P,not too much
Mayonnaise. I like the whole egg S&W mayonnaise.

I'm bumpin this thread cos I was about to put in for some potato salad advice, but it was already here lol.
Imma put hard boiled eggs, sweated off bacon and spring onions can anyone think of anything else that would go well with those flavours. And im thinking a seeded mustard and honey dressing or something like that?

Gherkin's good. But maybe too much happening with everything else.
