let me explain something to you penny , anybody should be able to come on these boards with there id , and post ,   more and more posters are asking but how did they know what i brought ,   all its going to do in advertising it ,its going to mushroom out.

if you have some info on something an op has brought ,ask permision from the op to disclose it ,or keep it to your self, i dont care if its legal or not , its private  ala private to that person.

i will tell you a story about 10 years ago i was a magor poker player in australia and a bit overseas  most poker players in australia would know joethenuts, in fact a few poker sites online would sponser me by wearing there apparel  no big deal.

one day a player came up to me and said i did not know you were taking up acting   ,  then at crown 1 day i was having a coffee not in the poker room and on every screen around there was a crown add for the on coming aussie millions championship ,and who was on that add for 19 of the 20 second add, correct me  ,with the add me on a table colecting chips on a tournament i won and the add would say this could be you.   [i went down to find out what the hell is my face doing in a comercial i knew nothing about,  i explained what if my family did not know i was involved in poker  or what if my family did not know i was hanging out at crown, how can you film me winning a tournament and showing it  whithout my permision. they said if you look at the entry conditions we can do it.[ala fine print]

and sure enough it was there, but i said listen i am going to ask you nicely take it off ,because i dont like it ,because its not right.if you had of asked then thats another thing.  and they took it off . 

i used to do a colum in pokernetwork  maybe they thought we better do what joe says.
