Ebay is severely broken as a selling tool.
Almost 40% of my listings end with a non paying bidder.
As a seller I can't leave negative feedback and non paid item strikes act as no detternt to these people. Im hard pressed trying to see where these strikes appear on their profiles anyway. Lots of buyers never leave feedback anyway so the whole system is a joke.
Unpaid item cases mean that my item is lost in the void for eight days whilst a case is open. 99% of these end in non payment.
Im loosing money as by the time the case is resolved. the second highest bidder has usually bought a simlair item somewhere else.
I know Ebay has to look after buyers, but without equal treatment for sellers. There will be no items for anyone to purchase.

However....
Sales drop dramatically anytime I'm not uploading a new listing(s) for a few days, and the longer I go, the less sales I have.
That would make sense as I've had a listing up for 10 days and I've only had the 1 view on it,which came on
today,(I haven't put new listings up).
My other listings just dropped off one by one,(looks like I might just give it away on this ID),

at least one of your friends has the desincy of not displaying the names of these hacking programs.
You are not above using these programs Joe, so stop with the holier than thou attitude.
Most of us use them in order to answer questions but you used it with the sole intention of snooping on my buying.

joe, the reason I didn't name the site this time has absolutely nothing to do with decency and more to do with avoiding the constant whining posting afterwards (not that I think I did anything wrong when I did post the name). And who said cathyjoyjoy is my friend, I don't ever recall declaring that, you have an active imagination joe.
And you seem to have no problem with me messaging the name of the site to a member, but posting it is a "no-no"? Would you like to know how many other members messaged me after my post to ask for the name of the site?
You should really be upset with eBay for allowing sites such as that-which-I-no-longer-name-here-on-the-boards to access the information. You see, that site does not hack eBay to get the information, if you go to the site they will explain it to you.
Just message me joe if you have forgotten it's name again (out with more pez!).

and here is a screengrab from the news archive of that site dated 2008 that shows that eBay allow them access, i.e. not hacking

for a start lyndal the question was asked that you cant look up private feedback and i checked and it could pick it up , i also never mentioned any of your buying products.
also to k100 i thought you only allowed friends into your private group , so i asume cathy is your friend, sorry if she isnt.
also when i am answerimg a member , why do other members of the group answere back , i was speaking about cathy not all of you guys , please answere when spoken to. and you will have lots more friends on here.
just because you guys have that site locked into your computer , and now another site cath had mentioned that i have not heard off .
you guys have your own private forum try stick to it. and answere questions instead of attacking others that have an opinion.
to me and op should be able to ask a question and if you need more info you ask for an item number istead of telling eveyone what the item is , especialy if its private to them.
and personly lyndal i agree with your private feedback ,if you have it private thats your business and for what ever your reason is ,thats your business, so why should a site tell tom di ck or harry what you buy .
you should all delete that site. but thats up to you.
all you are doing is stopping people buying on ebay . have a nice night its my birthday today, would you believe 42 mmmmm

It's a public forum joe so anyone can answer if they feel inclined to, and add to the topic.
all you are doing is stopping people buying on ebay .
How on earth do you work that out joe ??????

Joe, you still do not understand what you were told.
The site in question can can tell you what a member has bought even if their feedback is Private as mine is....and you did promptly look up my buying history and mention the price of an item I had bought.
What you cannot do is look up items that are bought from PRIVATE LISTINGS.
Do you even understand the difference?

then explain to the people who have messaged me in the last week saying they dont want to post here anymore because they dont want posters looking at there buying habitts.
broadcasting the name of the site is not going to help .
and i realise after the event you were talking about private listings not private feedback. fair enough.
also a while ago you told me what you brought a lot off.
but others are sensitive about what they buy,

Your last line is just ONE of the reasons why people use posting IDs. If you can understand people being sensitive about their buying habits and their privacy, why can't you understand why some people prefer to keep their forum activity separate from their buying and selling Joe?
Sorry to take the thread slightly off topic, but Joe already did that by starting this whole secret squirrel paranoia thing of his.

Happy Birthday joe, paint the town red!
