That item # is not TGG though.

Pre order is fine.  It must be delivered within 1 month

From memory only.  Someone quoted that earlier

The listing is against the pre-sale policy published on the site map excerpt below.  Whether general policies such as these apply to larger sellers.  It may fall outside the requirements of pre-sale requirements of the Australian Consumer Law also, but not across those specifics.

Re-sale listings are those that describe items for sale that are not in the possession of the seller at the time of the listing.

  • eBay permits pre-sale listings only on a limited basis

  • The seller must ensure that the item will be posted within 20 days from receiving payment

  • The seller must clearly indicate within the listing that it's a pre-sale item with postage no later than 20 days after payment, including the date on which the item will be available to post. This text must be no less than the default font size of the eBay Sell Your Item form. Currently, the default font size is HTML font size 3.

Found it - Pre Sales

It is a bit rough to bad mouth The Good Guys when it is not even their listing.....and TGG have far better feedback than that seller.

Cats, I suggest you look at the Item Number posted by Lou before you also weigh in to bad mouth The Good Guys....it is not even their listing and it is not a particularly big seller.

My mistake I looked at listing details, and the feedback for out of stock goods, but did not even read the ID name.

I have reported my post to mods.

Stan Cash have been around since the '70's.  I'm sure that there are many who will remember those dreadful commercials on T.V.

That they don't have a huge FB score could be just due to only recently becoming another of eBay's favoured members.

Oh...I will have another look

Oh...Ok my mistake...I was watching a few GG stuff and this was next to it eBay_Catergory-Keyword_Vacuum_300x250.jpg
