I suggest that everyone check their Paypal account, Ebay Seller Account balance & possibly their bank statement this morning. My last seller fees payment went through (successfully) from my business banking account to Paypal nearly a week ago. This morning I find an Ebay email telling me the payment has been reversed and requiring me to pay this bill a SECOND time.
