How to stop Ebay scammers claiming 'Charge Back' through Paypal.

I have had two people claim a charge back through paypal within the last 6 months.

One was a purchase of over $70 and 3 months after the sale I received a 'charge back claim' through paypal.
I had the tracking information so I had the money refunded to my account after I supplied the information to paypal.

I currently have another one a buyer with 0 feedback and newly opened account (surprise surprise) which has been refunded because I didn't send the item with tracking.

I have spoken to paypal about this and its seems if someone claims a 'charge back' the scammer gets their money back no questions asked. 9 times out of 10 its a scam to get the item and not pay for it.

Has anyone else had the same issue's?

There are plenty of sellers who have had the problem.

Unfortunately there is very little you can do except hope that you sent the parcel with all the tracking needed for the seller to get paypal protection.
