People here are simply buyers and sellers like you, we cannot get a refund for another member

If you give us any details we might be able to advise you what you need to do

Did the seller agree to refund you, or did you have to open an eBay dispute?

How long ago?

Did you pay by Paypal or bank deposit ?

As the very specific name of this board states 'Ask a member' why would you think another member would be able to do anything.

You will need to contact the seller, open a dispute if you haven't and/or contact eBay if you have opened a dispute. None of which involves the member boards.
