a buyer hasn't paid for item

I sold an item 4 days ago and havent received payment yet, how to open a case unpaid item?

In your sold list, to the right of item is a small drop down menu.

Choose to open an unpaid case from there. (I can't remember exact wording used)

I think from memory it says "report a problem". Then after the dispute is opened, there is mention of "close case" in that dropdown. As long as the OP remembers they have to come back no sooner than exactly 4 days after opening the dispute, to close it, giving them a refund of fees, and the buyer a strike.
